International Students

Saint Joseph Academy welcomes international students, grades 1-12, from all countries around the world. We offer an excellent classical academic program, competitive athletics, and engaging social activities for all our students. While a student at Saint Joseph Academy, our international students will improve their English language skills, learn about western civilization and the Catholic faith, grow in their friendships, and be offered a solid academic education preparing them for college/university.

We are looking for students who are:

Prepared for full immersion in classes taught in English. Students must pass the TOEFL test score of 60 for incoming 9th-10th graders; score of 75 for incoming 11th-12th graders.
Aspiring to be academically successful. Students must have competent academic records.
Prepared to ask for and receive help if needed.
Open to learning about and being respectful of the Catholic faith.
Open to learning about and being respectful of the American culture.
Ready to embrace a new environment and new friends in a socially mature manner.
Actively involved in the social aspects of the school.

Students are accepted based on their application, their academic records, a TOEFL (or iTEP SLATE) test score, Math score and family SKYPE interview with the Headmaster.

International Tuition and Fees

Application Fee: $400

The tuition for international students, 1st-8th grade, for the 2022-2023 academic year is $13,200.

The tuition for high school students for the 2022-2023 academic year is: $16,500

Travel expenses, medical insurance, and school lunches are not included in the tuition. Additional expenses and fees may be incurred during the course of the year. Personal and daily expenses are up to individual students.
